It means you can help create an experience using a range of techniques and disciplines to collaboratively create protocols to address pain and injury in our patients so they can live their best life. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate acupuncturist to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in providing holistic healthcare services to our patients. You will utilize your expertise in acupuncture

techniques to assess, and treat various health conditions, with a focus on promoting overall wellness and maintaining a healthy balance.

What you can expect as part of your role:

  • Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile needles and appropriate techniques tailored to each patient's needs.

  • Educate patients about the principles and benefits of acupuncture therapy, lifestyle modifications, and self-care practices to support their treatment plan and healing journey.

  • Collaborate with other providers to incorporate their modalities to coordinate patient care and optimize and integrate treatment outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, including patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

  • Participate in creating online content for the website and social media.

What you bring to the team:

  • Degree or Diploma in acupuncture from an accredited institution.

  • Valid practitioner licence, membership in good standing and professional liability insurance.

  • Certification by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) preferred or equivalent.

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and experience with various conditions and treatment techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Maintain accurate patient records.

  • Ability to work collaboratively, desire to grow as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Stay informed about the latest research, developments, and best practices through continuing education and professional development activities.

  • First aid certification and criminal record check required.
