FUEL Pain & Injury Recovery Clinic recently expanded and is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to support the daily smooth functioning of the multidisciplinary clinic.

As FUEL’s Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role working directly with patients to book their appointments and making them feel calm and welcome when they enter the clinic. You and your team are the first point of contact on this healing journey.

What you can expect as part of your role:


  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for the clinic, including, but not limited to, supporting performance goals, patient retention, patient satisfaction, operational functions as well as practitioner and staff engagement.

  • Foster a collaborative and patient-focused culture.

  • Manage overall clinic performance, financials, reporting and supply levels

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures and ensure staff compliance.

  • Develop and execute business development, marketing and community outreach initiatives.

  • Manage and train front office operations and staff including performance management. 

  • Participate in front reception duties including answering phones, emails, online inquiries, processing insurance claims, payments etc. General cleanliness of the clinic including doing laundry. 

  • Jane booking software experience is preferred.

  • Other duties as assigned. 



What you bring to the team:


  • Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare management, with previous experience in a clinic or ambulatory care setting strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, staff, and stakeholders at all levels. Organizational and time management skills. 

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement principles.

  • Proficiency in PC systems, healthcare information systems and electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
