FUEL Pain & Injury Recovery Clinic recently expanded and is seeking experienced reception staff to support the daily functioning of the multidisciplinary clinic.

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a receptionist in our healthcare clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors and will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

What you can expect as part of your role:

  • Greet and assist patients with a positive and friendly demeanor on the phone and in person.

  • Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications and process insurance billings and payments. 

  • Handle phone calls, emails, voicemails, inquiries, and patient check-ins in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate and support practitioners to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and entire clinic, including laundry.

  • Jane booking software experience is preferred.

  • Other duties as assigned. 

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, administrator or similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media and Jane App.

  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers, printers etc.).

  • Professional attitude and appearance.

  • Solid written and verbal communication, time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

  • Customer service attitude and team player.

  • Assist patients to feel comfortable before, during and after their visits; provide support and compassion to patients.Maintain patient confidentiality and the ability to be discreet and thoughtful.

  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
