It means you can help create an experience using a range of techniques and disciplines to collaboratively create protocols to address pain and injury in our clients so they can live their best life. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate kinesiologist to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in providing holistic healthcare services to our patients. You will utilize your expertise to assess, provide exercise programming for rehabilitation and progressive training as well as human movement protocols. Your role will complement other practitioners’ recovery protocols with a focus on promoting overall wellness and maintaining a healthy balance.

What you can expect as part of your role:


  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized exercise programs for patients.

  • Educate patients about the principles and benefits of exercise and movement therapy, lifestyle modifications, and self-care practices to support their treatment plan and healing journey. 

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to integrate exercise therapy into treatment plans to support patients to perform more efficiently at work, home and daily life.

  • Provide education on movement patterns, exercise, and injury prevention and maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, including patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

  • Participate in creating online content for the website and social media. 


What you bring to the team:


  • Degree in Kinesiology from an accredited institution or equivalent.

  • Active registration and in good standing as a registered kinesiologist or personal trainer. 

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and understanding various treatment techniques.

  • Experience leading and demonstrating exercise for patients and developing exercise and stretching protocols.

  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.

  • Monitor and document patient progress and adherence to exercise programs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Maintain accurate patient records.

  • Ability to work collaboratively, desire to grow as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Stay informed about the latest research, developments, and best practices through continuing education and professional development activities.

  • First aid certification and criminal record check required.
